Science and Art can be mutually supportive and crafting wine is a great example of this. Paul explores ways that these two creative forms support each other using the chemistry of wine represented through sculpture. Learn more about the stories of why wine tastes, smells, feels and looks the way it does at Bellwether. Dr Paul Smith has had a research and management career exploring how the structure of molecules affects the way they behave – from how drugs get removed from our bodies to why wines taste the way they do, he's worked in labs, schools, vineyards, wineries and boardrooms to help foster a love for everything that Chemistry does for us in everyday life.
