The Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival welcomes all artists, wineries, musicians, local businesses, artisan food producers, performers and creatives to register an event. Once you have submitted your event we will be in touch.

If you don’t have a venue secured – please contact us and we will try and help you find one.

I agree that any advertising I undertake of the above event will include the PCAF Logo, of which I can download from artsfestival.com.au/media. I also recognise my event as being part of the PCAF.

The Penola Coonawarra Arts Festival will:
Include the event in the Full A5 Printed program, include the event online as part of the PCAF Website, and include the event through an individual post on the PCAF Facebook or Instagram page. In addition to the above; generic posters, radio advertisements and print advertisements will appear in Limestone Coast and Western Victoria media. The Festival can provide additional promotion of your event, if requested, for a fee. Please talk to us (before 31 January) for more information. *Information for online only and not to be printed in the printed program.

As an Event Co-ordinator the following areas come under your remit:
Co-ordinate your event venue and equipment (including road closures etc), co-ordinate event specific publicity (if desired), provide the correct information to be published in the Festival Program, and organise insurance as required. PCAF will in some instances need to sight insurance under new legal obligations.
